The invoice and these policies contain crucial information about the client's rights and obligations. It is the client's responsibility to comply with all relevant use, sales, and customs taxes as applicable.

Once a purchase decision has been made, it is final and cannot be reversed or undone. Industry reports that are purchased in digital formats (such as PDF, Excel, and PPT) are regarded as non- tangible products and are not subject to returns or refunds. The report cannot be returned or exchanged after it has been purchased and delivered.
